Adventure Seekers Vacation Homes was founded by a husband and wife team who have worked in nearly every corner of real estate—brokers, investors, vacation homeowners, and consultants. We saw the gaps in the property management world and decided to do something about it.
After buying and managing vacation rentals in three different states, we knew the industry had a consistency problem. Boutique firms were stretched thin. National firms lacked personal investment. We wanted both performance and care.

With Krizia’s background in luxury hospitality (Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne) and Michael’s 20 years in real estate with over $250M in sales, we created a company grounded in accountability, systems, and service.

With more than two decades of real estate experience and over $250 million in closed sales, Michael brings deep industry knowledge, investor insight, and a results-driven mindset to every property he manages. His career has spanned brokerage, investing, consulting, and property management across multiple states—giving him a rare, 360-degree view of what it takes to build wealth through real estate.

As a long-time vacation rental owner himself, Michael understands firsthand the frustrations many homeowners face with traditional property management. That’s why he helped create Adventure Seekers Vacation Homes: a company built on systems, transparency, and the kind of service he always wished he could hire.

Michael combines analytical thinking with a passion for efficiency, focusing on long-term value, strategic marketing, and maximizing his clients’ net returns—not just occupancy rates.

With a lifelong passion for hospitality and a meticulous eye for detail, Krizia brings world-class standards to the guest experience and home care that define Adventure Seekers Vacation Homes. Her foundational training at Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne—one of the world’s leading hospitality management universities—instilled in her the values of service, cleanliness, and operational excellence that continue to guide the company today.

Krizia has played a hands-on role in designing, furnishing, and managing vacation properties in three states and four countries. Her approach blends warmth with precision, ensuring that every home feels welcoming, well-maintained, and guest-ready year-round.

Whether she's refining a home's interior flow, developing cleaning checklists that meet five-star standards, or curating special touches for guest stays, Krizia is deeply invested in making each property feel like a home—both for guests and for the owners who trust her team.

Outside of work, Krizia enjoys adventuring with her family, enjoying memorable meals, and bringing people together—whether around the dinner table or in beautifully managed vacation homes across the Vail Valley and beyond.
